Elite
Accelerator Program

The Elite Accelerator Program is a plyometric program that utilizes your own body weight so there is no equipment needed.

This is a four week program designed to improve speed, strength, vertical jumps, explosiveness and athletic performance.  

This program is suitable for athletes 12 years and up and for athletes of all sports.

Features of the program are:

  • Four week program, 3 workouts per week

  • Warm up included

  • Video references on drills

It is recommended that you take at least one day of rest between workouts.  As with any exercise routine, there is a risk of injury so please consult your medical provider before starting.  Elite Speed & Conditioning, LLC cannot be held liable for any injury incurred while following this program.​
