Every sport is different, and the same goes for every athlete. It would be wrong to assume that every workout works for every person. We focus on developing a sports-specific training plan. We will never provide you with cookie-cutter workouts that fail to address your specific needs. GROUP TRAINING 
The group training consists of mid-sized classes that are challenging, fun, interactive, competitive and intense for the serious athlete.

SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
We help to improve an athlete's ability to move quickly and easily by utilizing footwork drills and various techniques to build explosiveness.

PLYOMETRICS
We use Plyometric exercises to increase an athlete's speed, power and explosiveness by rapidly contracting and expanding the particular muscle group that is being trained.

BODY WEIGHT TRAINING
We use calisthenics to develop an athlete's functional and relative strength by using their own bodyweight as resistance

We use weighted bars and dumbbells in order to develop an athlete's strength and muscle size.
