We use calisthenics to develop an athlete's functional and relative strength by using their own bodyweight as resistance.

ISOKINETICS

 Isokinetics focuses on using specialized exercise machines that automatically adjusts its resistance and speed according to the athlete. We use an Isokinetic Leaper Machine: PRO 16H 

PLYOMETRICS

We use Plyometric exercises to increase an athlete's speed, power and explosiveness by rapidly contracting and expanding the particular muscle group that is being trained.
